2024 Call Pay Survey- Cardiac Surgery

This survey is intended to capture the value of call when it is separately and distinctly valued and that value is known (calculated). Often call “pay” is simply included in the salary or wRVU conversion rate, but never distinctly or separately identified. In these instances,  please select the “no distinct call pay” option, as it would be helpful to capture this information as well.

Your participation helps the MedAxiom community as a whole. All responses will be kept confidential and a summary of results communicated to our membership.

IF YOU HAVE DIFFERENT CALL ARRANGEMENTS AT DIFFERENT FACILITIES WITHIN YOUR ORGANIZATION, PLEASE FILL OUT THIS SURVEY FOR EACH FACILITY.
